Gary Colle Jr.
President/Owner
As the owner of four successful businesses, Gary is a true entrepreneur at heart. His love and passion for manufacturing began in his early years as a teen when he started fabricating custom wakeboard towers for boats. His success in the boating industry led him to purchase his first CNC machine in 2006. Today, he continues to work closely with his (now much larger) team, overseeing customer relations and continually driving Aspex CNC to the limits of today’s technology in manufacturing.

With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and an array of technical and analytical skills in his arsenal, Eric is uniquely qualified to carry out the day-to-day operations of a machine shop. His experience in the aerospace industry as a machinist and CNC programmer helped him become a noted leader and problem solver for the complex challenges the industry demands.

Shop Foreman / Programmer
His attention to detail and extensive experience as a machinist in the aerospace industry helps him keep all our CNC machines running at max capacity. Our machinists and operators look to him to help solve advanced challenges from complex machine set ups, to technical tolerances, critical parts and specifications. He is the go-to person on the shop floor to ensure projects are moving forward efficiently and accurately.
