Aspex has the unique advantage of a management staff that runs the business with the process and control of an aerospace facility without the associated cost. Although we are not ISO or AS9100 certified our team has a background and roots in aerospace which gives Aspex an unparalleled level of quality and process control over our competitors, with none of the cost prohibiting drawbacks of being certified.

Cleanliness and organization, this can sometimes be overlooked. Through organization we can eliminate costly wasted time, and streamline our process to get parts to our customers efficiently and as soon as possible. We maintain our standard of facility organization / cleanliness year round and we are proud to give tours to new and existing customers whenever the need arises.
STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT
At aspex we have a wide range of equipment which allows us to stay on the cutting edge of our industry. We process all material in house with our fully automatic Do-All saw which allows us to keep material costs to a minimum. In our turning department we have three lathes: ST10, ST15, and ST30 so we can handle a wide range of part envelopes. And in our milling department, we have six VF2's for medium sized working and if larger parts are required, VF4 and VF5 allow us to get the job done.
ROOM TO GROW WITH YOU
Aspex is set in a large facility with room to grow and expand with our customers. From electrical capacity, to floor space. We are ready to adapt and grow if we need to ramp up our machine capacity. There are few machine shops that are capable of scaling up as fast as we are.

At Aspex we process all of our material in house. From standard aluminium bar stock to larger diameter high temp alloys, and everything in between.

Part complexity often requires the need for a true 5-Axis machine. So we have two matching UMC750SS mills. These 5-axis mills are our go to option for large, and complex parts where locational tolerances are critical.
